After working more than 22+ years in HR domain primarily in multiple manufacturing sectors with different stalwarts, realizedand saw the HR identity is somewhere missing or not having desired recognition. Ultimately people are reluctant to take career in HR domain. We are only known within the Company premises and to our relatives, friends and the locality where we live. We have our Introduction when we are in job and we are dedicated to our Organization building trust and integrity but we never think on creating our sole Identity in bigger way. We rarely think to give time to ourselves, knowing who I am and missing our life’s Passion and Interests which we thought during taking HR as a Career. We forget to make ourselves stand as an individual, always try to bridge gap between Management and Employees to administer multiple reward and recognition projects for fellow employees but we seldomly are recognized either by management or employees for our recognizable efforts and initiatives.
Looking at the above felt / missing gaps, gave birth to an idea for creating HR fraternity forum. This will work on a Regional Level in initial phases through which we can showcase our interests and passions, also will help in creating Individual’s Identity through involvement and innovations. The forum will run several reward and recognition programs where all our HR friends will get an opportunity to be rewarded for their efforts and has a platform where innovative HR ideas can be shared for others to take it forward. The Forum will also help HR fresher’s in starting their career as a HR professional by several Learning and Development programs from the experienced Industry HR fraternities.

He has a master’s degree from Veer Narmad University and is also qualified with H-MAT 2017 in Gujarat Examination Board, Gandhinagar. Having worked as a teacher for 10 years in various government schools, he is now working as a principal in Smt SM Patel High School, Sigam, Bharuch, Gujarat.

Being a member of Adivasi (tribal people) of KaparadaTalukaParisad, he has worked a lot for the betterment of the lives of people living in rural areas. He is also a member of ‘Nature Friend Club’ in Kaparada, where they have taken ‘save trees' mission.

Graduate in Political Science and Graduate in Law from Ahmedabad. He is Post Graduate in Labour Welfare from Ahmedabad in 1981.
